This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how users, patients, nutritionists, dietitians, wellness professionals, enterprise customers, administrators, visitors, and other participants may access and use PushNcare websites, dashboards, applications, AI-enabled features, Personal Health Blueprint tools, professional marketplace tools, enterprise audit tools, payment flows, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Security page. If you use the Platform, you must comply with this AUP. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that authorized users under that organization also comply.
PushNcare may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove content, block transactions, report activity, or take other action where we believe conduct violates this AUP, law, user safety, professional standards, payment rules, privacy rights, or platform integrity.
1. Core Rules

- misuse AI, analytics, reports, messages, payments, referrals, reviews, or marketplace features.
2. Health, Nutrition, and Safety Misuse
You must not:

- disregard known allergies, contraindications, pregnancy considerations, medication issues, clinical conditions, eating-disorder risk, kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or other safety information;
- submit false, incomplete, fabricated, or misleading health information that may affect recommendations, risk scores, referrals, reports, or professional guidance;
- encourage unsafe dieting, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, medication misuse, supplement abuse, or avoidance of necessary medical care.
Professionals must use independent judgment and comply with applicable professional duties. Patients and consumers must seek qualified medical care where appropriate.
3. Privacy and Health Data Misuse
You must not:
- access, use, disclose, export, screenshot, copy, or retain patient, practitioner, enterprise, employee, payment, or health-related information without authorization;

- combine Platform data with external data to profile, target, or exploit users in a way that violates law or privacy expectations.
4. AI, Automation, and Data Extraction
You must not:

- scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk export, or systematically extract profiles, reviews, health content, food data, prompts, outputs, pricing, reports, enterprise data, or user information;
- use bots, scripts, fake accounts, automated signups, automated messaging, credential stuffing, or unauthorized API access;
- submit prompts, files, or inputs intended to bypass safety controls, reveal system instructions, expose secrets, produce malware, generate unlawful content, or evade moderation;
- rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for medical, clinical, emergency, financial, legal, employment, or safety decisions.
5. Security Abuse
You must not:
- probe, scan, exploit, overload, disrupt, or test Platform systems without authorization;
- bypass authentication, session validation, authorization, rate limits, payment controls, referral controls, access controls, or administrative restrictions;

PushNcare may withhold, reverse, delay, offset, or block payments and payouts where we believe activity is fraudulent, unlawful, disputed, non-compliant, or high risk.
7. Professional Conduct and Marketplace Integrity
Professionals must not:
- misrepresent licenses, certifications, degrees, credentials, practice authority, experience, specialties, consultation fees, availability, outcomes, or affiliations;
- use patient information for unauthorized marketing, solicitation, off-platform sales, exploitation, or unrelated services;
- provide care or advice where prohibited by law, outside scope, or without required consent;

- manipulate ratings, reviews, testimonials, storefront views, public profiles, verification status, tier eligibility, or lead routing;
- impersonate another professional, clinic, business, user, regulator, or PushNcare representative.
PushNcare may remove or restrict professional profiles, storefronts, reviews, credentials, messages, payouts, dashboard access, or lead-routing eligibility at our discretion where integrity or safety is at risk.
